Our general criteria for the purchase of a property include:

• Our current geographical focus is the Eastern Coast of the United States.
• We work with all types of multifamily residential communities, including garden-style, mid-rise, high-rise, condominium conversions, and student housing.
• We prefer communities with at least 150 units.
