RYAN F. OGDEN

Responsible for the company’s venture into residential acquisitions in 2001, Ryan Ogden oversees the operations of Bozzuto Acquisitions Company. Under his direction, the company has acquired and renovated nearly 6,500 apartment units and sold more than 2,000 units. In his role as director of asset management, Ryan is responsible for the financial performance of the Bozzuto-owned portfolio, which consists of more than 8,500 units.
Ryan joined The Bozzuto Group in 1999; he was previously a real estate lender for Provident Bank. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University and has an undergraduate degree from Towson University. Ryan serves on the board of directors for the Casey Cares Foundation and 1st Team Staffing Services, Inc.
