  MICHAEL A. SCHLEGEL, LEED AP
Bozzuto Construction Company and Operating Partner, The Bozzuto Group
As President of Bozzuto Construction Company, Mike Schlegel is responsible for Bozzuto’s general contracting division. He maintains a personal involvement with each project from start to finish. Additionally, he directs all in-house activities, providing leadership and ensuring cooperation and collaboration between estimating/budgeting, scheduling, project management, and supervision.

Mike has managed the construction of well over 10,000 housing units as well as projects with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion dollars. Prior to joining Bozzuto Construction Company in 1999, Mike was a Vice President with Clark Realty Builders where he was integrally involved with the startup and growth of that company. Additionally, Mike holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Building Construction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
 

 

  MICHAEL GREEN
Vice President, Bozzuto Construction Company
As Vice President of Bozzuto Construction Company, Mike is responsible for all aspects of preconstruction, project management and field operations.

Mike has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry and has managed and supervised the construction of over 5,000 of multi-family housing units of all types. Prior to joining Bozzuto, he served as Senior Construction Manager for Toll Brothers, Inc. Mike majored in Electrical Engineering at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
 

 

  TAYLOE M. CALL, LEED AP
Vice President, Bozzuto Construction Company
As Vice President, Tayloe manages Bozzuto Construction Company's third party construction business.  Tayloe is responsible for leadership of Business Development, Preconstruction, Project Management and Field Operation activities.

Prior to joining Bozzuto, Tayloe held a variety of leadership and management roles with Branch & Associates, Inc. and Marshall Erdman & Associates, Inc. Tayloe holds a Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from South Dakota State University.  Tayloe also holds a LEED Accredited Professional Certification and an Earthcraft Multifamily Certification.

 
 

 

  DAVID V. MANDES
Vice President, Bozzuto Construction Company
As Vice President of Bozzuto Construction Company, Dave Mandes is responsible for all aspects of client relations, project management, and field operations for Bozzuto Construction’s operations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. In this role, Dave has grown this region to account for about one quarter of Bozzuto Constructions annual volume.

Prior to joining Bozzuto in 1998, Dave headed his own company where he designed and built custom homes and for clients and developed single and multi-family land. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Millersville University.

 
 

 

  BRIAN GROSHOLZ, LEED AP
Director,  Bozzuto Construction Company
As Director for Bozzuto Construction Company, Brian oversees several markets within the company including the following:  renovation and reconstruction of apartment communities, hospitality segment, nonprofit rental, for-sale and senior living.  Brian's clients include both third party developers and Bozzuto's in-house development and acquisitions groups.

Prior to joining Bozzuto, Brian worked for the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company where he was involved in a variety of infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, MTA stations, hospitals and other projects. Additionally, Brian holds a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola College and a Bachelor of Science in Technology with a concentration in Construction Management from Bowling Green University.
 

 

  DAVID SCHORR
Chief Financial Officer, Bozzuto Construction Company
Dave joined BCC in May of 2006 as Controller. Dave's responsibility includes leadership of BCC's finance and accounting department. Prior to joining Bozzuto, Dave held a variety of leadership and management roles with the Poole and Kent Corporation, based in Baltimore, MD.

Dave is a licensed CPA and holds a Masters in Business Administration Degree from American University of Washington, DC as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the College of William and Mary. Dave also serves as Board President for the Umar Boxing Program, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit group which supports at-risk kids in Baltimore City (www.nohooksbeforebooks.org).
