THOMAS A. BAUM
President, Bozzuto Homes, Inc. and Partner, The Bozzuto Group. Tom joined Bozzuto in 2001 and assumed the responsibility of leading the successful homebuilding operations in 2006. As president, he is responsible for the development of a range of for-sale products, including condominiums, town homes and single-family homes. A registered architect, Tom earned an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Illinois and a master's degree in real estate development from Columbia University. He also attended the National Academy of Architecture in Versailles, France

DUNCAN SLIDELL
Vice President of Operations, Bozzuto Homes, Inc. As vice president of operations for Bozzuto Homes, Duncan has bottom line responsibility for all of the company’s actively-selling homes communities.
Prior to joining The Bozzuto Group in 2002, Duncan worked in the capital markets group at Friedman, Billings, and Ramsey, Inc., an investment bank in Rosslyn, VA.
Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University as well as a Master's of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Washington Real Estate Group.

OLIVE M.CHALMERS
Vice President, Homeowner Association and Settlement Services. Olive joined Bozzuto & Associates as a Project Accountant when the company was formed in 1988. Over the past twenty years Olive has been involved in many areas of the homebuilding industry including, customer service, sales and property management. She has been involved with all of Bozzuto Homes, Inc. multifamily and single-family communities.
In Olive's current position as Vice President of Homeowner Association and Settlement Services, she works with and maintains a strong relationship with the many Condominium Associations that have transitioned from the control of the Developer. Olive attended Business College in Dundee, Scotland where she obtained her Accounting Degree. She is a licensed Realtor and a member the Prince Georges Board of Realtors and the Washington Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.
Olive is a native of Scotland and currently lives in Edgewater, Maryland.

TOM FOX
Vice President, Warranty Services. Tom has managed the Warranty Services Department for over 7 years. Through his father, Tom was able to work as a carpenters apprentice during the summers and college breaks. He operated his own home improvement business for several years before accepting a position as Supervisor for a national homebuilder. Tom was responsible for the completion of over 300 town homes and single family homes in the Maryland and Virginia area. This experience led to his appointment as Manager of Homebuilding Operations for a national homebuilder in which he was responsible for the completion of over 2,300 homes.
As Vice President of Warranty Services, Tom is responsible for his department addressing the concerns of over 2,500 homes delivered by Bozzuto Homes over the years. Tom has 30 years of hands on experience in the homebuilding business. He has received numerous awards for construction volume and quality. He won the Pro’s Award in 2001 for best Customer Service Manager in the Washington/Baltimore market.
Tom is a graduate of Fairfield University, where he played 4 years of intercollegiate ice hockey and lacrosse. He currently lives in Montgomery Village, Maryland with his wife Alice and two sons, Brandon and Riley.

CLARK M.WAGNER
Vice President, Director or Development. Mr. Wagner oversees the design and development activities for Bozzuto Homes, manages the entitlement of major projects, and sources new land opportunities for the company. He has developed over 1,300 total residential units over the last eight years that have won numerous awards. Prior to joining Bozzuto, Clark spent 16 years with the City of Gaithersburg in various positions. One of his major accomplishments is the author of the City’s award-winning Smart Growth Policy.
Clark obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts at Towson University and holds a Masters in Planning degree from the University of Virginia. He recently obtained his LEED Accredited Professional designation from the US Green Building Council.
Mr. Wagner is an active member of the MNCBIA and previously served on the Monument Awards committee. He is a member of the MNCBIA Board of Directors, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Multifamily Housing Council, a member of the Montgomery County Forest Conservation Advisory Committee, and a member of the Gaithersburg Historic Preservation Advisory Committee. He is also 2006 graduate of Leadership Montgomery, and currently lives in Gaithersburg, Maryland with his wife and four children.
